Self Pick-Up

Q: How do I pick up my order?
A: Choose your time slot at checkout. We will reach out via text/email to confirm the exact pick-up time. Pick up at 670256 Bangkit Road, Holland-Bukit Panjang Town Council — drive-through at the handicap lot or meet by the lift.

Delivery

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! Flat rate $15. Complimentary for orders above $120 to a single location.

Q: Can I choose delivery date and time?
A: Yes, select your preferred slot at checkout (subject to availability).

Q: Will my order arrive exactly at the selected time?
A: Timings are approximate. Minor delays may occur due to traffic or weather.

Q: What if my bakes are damaged during delivery?
A: Once handed to the courier, we’re not responsible for damages. Self-pickup is recommended for delicate items.

Q: What happens if delivery cannot be completed?
A: If delivery fails due to incorrect details, redelivery fees apply.

Q: Do you accept customised orders?

Q: Can I make changes after confirming my order?
A: Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Products & Ingredients

Q: Are your bakes halal?
A: We are not halal-certified. Our bakes do not contain pork, lard, or alcohol. Baking equipment is kept separate.
