Q: Are your bakes halal?
A: We are not halal-certified. However, our bakes do not contain pork, lard, or alcohol. Although we are a home-based bakery, all baking equipment and sinks used are kept separate.
Q: Do you accept customised orders?
A: Customised orders are considered on a limited basis. Please reach out via email at wkndbakessg@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8588 6764, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes, we provide islandwide delivery at a flat rate of $15. Complimentary delivery is available for orders above $120 to a single location.
Q: Can I choose my delivery date and timing?
A: Yes, both delivery date and preferred time slot may be selected at checkout, subject to availability.
Q: Will my order arrive exactly at the selected time?
A: Delivery timings are approximate. Minor delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Q: What if my bakes are damaged during delivery?
A: Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to be held responsible for any damages incurred during delivery. Self-collection is recommended for delicate items.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after confirmation?
A: Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Q: What happens if delivery cannot be completed?
A: If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details, redelivery fees will apply.
