All bakes are made fresh to order, so we’re unable to accept returns.

Refunds & Replacements
If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know within 2 hours of receiving it, along with clear photos.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• the wrong item was received, or

• the item arrived damaged

Cancellations
Orders cancelled less than 48–72 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

A note
As everything is handmade, slight variations are part of the process and not considered defects.
